Q: Why do I have to sign up for the HypeFactory website? 

A: Due to the fact that we are running massive advertising campaigns, our main priority is to save your time and ours. That is why our service is highly automated -- HypeFactory platform is meant to prevent you from time-consuming communication and lengthy drafting process.


Q: I don’t want to share my personal information. What can I do?

A: Please, have a look at our Personal Data Policy (https://hypefactory.com/datapolicy/). We guarantee that neither your personal data nor details of the campaign you are participating in will become available to the third parties. If you are not ready to fill in some of the fields under any circumstance, you can type N/A into them (* if your preferred payment method is bank transfer, all the fields must be filled in).


Q: How can I be sure that I will receive the payment?

A: To receive your payment, you should:

  1. Sign up for the HypeFactory platform and provide us with your payment details;
  2. Create a promo according to the brief provided;
  3. Release the video with the promo and correct description information;
  4. Submit your video for approval via HypeFactory platform before the campaign deadline.


Q: How and when will I receive the payment?

A: During the sign up process you will be offered to choose your preferred payment method (wire transfer, PayPal, WebMoney, QIWI, Skrill, Yandex.Money) and provide us with your payment details. The payment will be conducted after you successfully complete your part of the deal. Money transfering may take up to 5 working days depending on your preferred payment method.


Q: Can I submit the draft of my promo prior to releasing it?

A: No, in order to save your time and ours we accept neither drafts nor unlisted YouTube videos. You should submit your released video with the links in the description via HypeFactory platform so that we initiate the process of approval.


Q: What can I do if no one responds to my emails?

A: In case you face any difficulties whilst working on the promotion, please try to:
1) Look through the brief;
2) Click on our assistant-cat (lower right corner) and read his hints;
3) Check out Frequently Asked Questions section.

Q: Where can I get the talking points, soundtracks, pics and video assets to be used in the promo?

A: All the information (along with the multimedia files) is provided in the brief, which becomes available after you accept the campaign invitation. 


Q: Do I have to implement all the talking points from the brief?

A: Yes, we ask you to say at least a couple of words about each of the points, and to demonstrate the required videos, gameplay footage or screenshots simultaneously. Please, pay particular attention to the last point - Call to Action.


Q: Where can I get the links and the text for the video description?

A: You’ll find the links in your HypeFactory profile after you accept the campaign invitation. The description text can be found in the brief. 


Q: How much time does the approval process take?

A: Usually the approval process takes no longer than 24 hours.


Q: I’ve missed the deadline. Can I still release the video with the promo?

A: Unfortunately, no. The campaign dates are not subject to change, and you won’t be able to submit your video for approval via HypeFactory platform.


Q: I don’t have enough time to participate in the ongoing campaign, can I apply for the next one?

A: Yes, you can. Just email us at samantha@hypefactory.com and we will get back to you at our earliest convenience.


Q: What happens if my promo gets rejected?

A: First of all, don’t worry, we are very flexible while approving promos. Just stick to the recommendations listed in the brief! In the most unfortunate situation (if your promo has nothing to do with the brief) we may reject it, but don’t be upset! We’ll provide you with a very detailed feedback and you’ll have a chance to edit it according to our recommendations.


Q: My promo was rejected. Do I have another chance to participate in the campaign?

A: If your promo doesn’t meet the requirements, we offer you to:
1) Remove the integration from the video;
2) Edit the promo according to our recommendations;
3) Put the improved version into your next video.
The number of attempts is unlimited. The only limit you have is the deadline.
