Here you can read some frequently asked questions from influencers.
How does HypeFactory work?
Here’s a quick overview of how HypeFactory works for influencers:
- Sign up as a creator. Don’t forget to fill in your profile!
- Look through active ad campaigns in the HypeFactory Marketplace. Send proposals to advertisers you’d like to work with. Set your own price and describe the content you want to create.
- Advertisers will see your proposal. If they like it, they will contact you using the site to discuss the details.
- Once the proposal has been approved, the advertiser will make a prepayment. It’s time to start creating your content! Make sure it’s approved by the advertiser before publication.
- The advertiser will either accept your content or ask you to make some small changes.
- You’ll publish the sponsored content on a date which has already been agreed upon with the advertiser. Send the advertiser a link so that they can check the content. If it’s approved, the advertiser will release the prepayment to your account.
- You can withdraw your money to your bank account. Don’t forget: the account must be linked to a credit or debit card.
How many followers do I need to start making money?
You’ll need at least 1,000 followers to join HypeFactory. Different advertisers prefer to work with influencers who have larger audiences, while others prefer to work with smaller influencers.
How long does it take to update my account information?
It will usually take one day to update your account information.
Why can’t I see any campaigns on the HypeFactory dashboard?
When launching a campaign, advertisers will usually have a certain target audience in mind. HypeFactory will look at your audience’s location, gender, and age in order to match brands with influencers who will suit their product and campaign. If your audience doesn’t suit a certain campaign, it won’t appear on your dashboard. If there are no offers for you currently, then just hang in there: new campaigns will appear soon!
Can I decline a campaign invite if I don’t want to take part?
Of course! You can decide which campaigns you want to take part in.
How much should I charge?
It’s up to you to decide how much you want to charge for your time: there are no set rules. Based on our experience, however, we’d suggest the following rates:

Will I get a sample of the product I’m promoting?
This will depend on the campaign you’re working with. If you’d like a sample, you can discuss it with the advertiser using our onsite chat function.
Are the brands allowed to try to negotiate on price?
Advertisers are allowed to negotiate. You don’t have to lower your price if you don’t want to.
Should I create content by myself, or will the advertiser send me a photo to post?
Advertisers usually rely on content made by influencers so that the ad appears organic. There may occasions when an advertiser would like you to post ready-made content. You can discuss this with the advertiser.
Should I send the content I’ve made to the advertiser before I publication?
Yes! You’ll need to give the content - along with a short description - to the advertiser before you post it. The advertiser will approve the post and make sure that everything is the way it should be.
Can I change the publication date?
You can change the publication date before the advertiser makes their prepayment.
Can I integrate the product description into my post, or do I need to write exactly what I’ve been asked to by the advertiser?
Feel free to integrate the description into your post, but make sure that you’ve used all the important links, mentions, hashtags and keywords that you’ve agreed with the advertiser.
How much time do I have to create my content?
You’ll need to create your content, show it to the advertiser for approval, and make any necessary changes before the publication date. We’d advise that you start preparing your content 3-5 days before the publication date to be on time.
How do I know that advertiser will pay me for my post?
If you’ve followed the agreement made with the advertiser, there’s no reason that you shouldn’t be paid. The HypeFactory team is here to support you and solve any disputes between influencers and advertisers.
When will I be paid?
Your payment will appear in your personal account balance after the advertiser approves your content. This will usually happen between 1 and 3 days after you’ve published the post.
How can I withdraw my money?
When the advertiser has approved your post, your payment will be transferred to your personal account balance. You can transfer the money to any bank account which is linked to a credit or debit card. The minimum withdrawal sum is 50 USD.
When can I delete sponsored content?
You need to discuss with advertiser using the online chat function. All posts need to be live for a minimum of 24 hours.
Why is no one accepting my proposals?
This could be because of your content style, the number of followers you have, or because your target audience doesn't match advertisers’ needs.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Just write to us using the site’s LiveChat, or email to email@example.com. We’ll erase your account from our system.
I’ve attached the wrong social media channel to my account! How can I change it?
Just write to us on using the site’s LiveChat, or email to firstname.lastname@example.org . We’ll erase the channel from your account.
What is "Grow Your Audience" tab?
You can use this section to collaborate with other influencers, earn HypeCredits and grow your followers.
What are HypeCredits?
HypeCredits are HypeFactory’s virtual currency. You can earn and spend HypeCredits on our site by creating shoutouts for other influencers.
I have a manager. Can they use HypeFactory on my behalf?
Yes. Your manager can manage your HypeFactory account but you’ll need to create any content yourself.
I manage several bloggers. Can I add them all to one account?
At the current time, each influencer must have an individual account.
Do I need to pay to use HypeFactory?
Using HypeFactory is free of charge! However, we do charge a commission of 10% on all transactions.
